  • Lifetime Manufacturer Screen Warranty: We back our premium screen assemblies with a Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty against factory defects (such as sudden touch failure, ghost touching, or backlight defects). Defective screens must be shipped back to our supplier for formal lab testing and credit approval before a warranty replacement can be issued. If your phone requires an immediate fix and you prefer not to wait for the supplier testing process, you can choose to purchase a new screen assembly upfront at our standard service rate and turnaround speed. 1How long does a phone or tablet repair take?
Once your replacement part arrives at our shop, bench repairs are typically completed the same day within a few hours. Parts standard shipping takes 2 business days, with next-day rush shipping available for non-battery screen orders (+$25).
2Will I see an "Unknown Part" or non-genuine message on my iPhone after a repair?
On modern iPhones (iPhone XS and newer), Apple displays an informational "Unknown Part" notice in Settings whenever hardware is replaced outside an Apple Store. However, because we use premium quality screens and professional grade batteries, these components feature programmable IC chips that are compatible with Apple’s Repair Assistant software tool (iOS 18+).

Running Repair Assistant configures the new part directly to your iPhone's motherboard, removing the warning message in iOS Settings. Note regarding data privacy: Because Apple requires your Apple Account (iCloud) password and device passcode to run Repair Assistant, we do not perform this calibration while your phone is on our bench. To protect your complete privacy, we can quickly guide you through running Repair Assistant at the counter during pickup, or you can run it yourself anytime under Settings > General > About > Parts & Service History.
3Can you replace just the glass on my iPad without replacing the whole screen?
On iPad models where the top glass digitizer is separate from the underlying LCD panel, we can replace just the glass to keep your repair costs down. On higher-end iPad Air and iPad Pro models where the screen is digitally fused, the entire screen assembly is replaced as a unified unit.
4Do you fix water-damaged phones?
If a phone drops in liquid, our primary focus is drying and cleaning the device to attempt data recovery so you can back up your photos and accounts. Because long-term board-level corrosion is unpredictable, we do not guarantee permanent operational repairs on heavily liquid-damaged phones.
5Should I put my phone in a bag of rice if it gets wet?
No, absolutely not. Putting a wet phone in rice is a persistent myth that actually causes more harm than good. Rice does not draw moisture out from inside sealed electronic devices, and relying on it delays critical professional intervention while severe internal damage occurs.

Here is why you should avoid the rice trick:
