Premium Restorations for iPhones, Androids & Tablets
We focus strictly on high-grade modular component replacements for popular mobile platforms, including Apple iPhone, iPad, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel. Every device is evaluated directly at our counter so you know the exact cost and timeline before handing over your phone.

What We Handle on Our Mobile Bench
From cracked displays to swollen batteries, we perform precise modular repairs that return your phone or tablet to daily working order without compromising your personal data.
Strict Data Privacy & Quality Warranty Policies
-
Your Privacy Comes First (No Passcode Needed): For almost all mobile hardware repairs, we do not ask for or require your phone's unlock passcode. We can thoroughly verify charging performance, display output, and touch functionality without ever unlocking your personal device or accessing your private photos, messages, or apps. (The only rare exception is Google Pixel fingerprint sensor recalibration, where passcode access is necessary to complete the official software calibration tool).
-
Lifetime Manufacturer Screen Warranty: We back our premium screen assemblies with a Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty against factory defects (such as sudden touch failure, ghost touching, or backlight defects). Defective screens must be shipped back to our supplier for formal lab testing and credit approval before a warranty replacement can be issued. If your phone requires an immediate fix and you prefer not to wait for the supplier testing process, you can choose to purchase a new screen assembly upfront at our standard service rate and turnaround speed. (Note: Warranties strictly cover manufacturing defects and do not cover new physical drops, cracked glass, pressure damage, or liquid exposure).
-
Service Scope Note: To ensure top-tier repair reliability, we focus purely on modular screen, battery, and component replacements. We do not service smartwatches (Apple Watch) or wireless earbuds (AirPods), as replacement parts and labor frequently exceed the total replacement value of the device without guaranteeing water resistance.
Transparent Quoting & Expedited Parts Shipping

| Premium Grade Battery Replacement | Quoted Per Model (Upfront) | 2 Business Days (Standard) |

Need Your Phone Fixed ASAP?
While standard parts orders arrive at our bench in 2 business days, screen and non-battery mobile components can be overnighted directly to our shop for an optional $25 rush shipping fee.
Smartphone & Tablet Repair FAQ
Running Repair Assistant configures the new part directly to your iPhone's motherboard, removing the warning message in iOS Settings. Note regarding data privacy: Because Apple requires your Apple Account (iCloud) password and device passcode to run Repair Assistant, we do not perform this calibration while your phone is on our bench. To protect your complete privacy, we can quickly guide you through running Repair Assistant at the counter during pickup, or you can run it yourself anytime under Settings > General > About > Parts & Service History.
Here is why you should avoid the rice trick:
- Accelerated Corrosion: Liquid inside a powered device causes instant electrolysis, rusting copper traces, battery connectors, and microscopic board components. Rice does nothing to stop active internal corrosion.
- Dust & Starch Contamination: Fine rice dust and starch enter charging ports, speaker grilles, and headphone jacks. When mixed with trapped water, it creates a thick, gummy residue that clogs internal components and ruins buttons.
- Trapped Moisture: Sealing a wet phone in a bag or bowl traps humidity around the device, preventing natural air circulation from evaporating surface moisture.
