The $100 survey fee covers up to 1 full hour of our technician's time on your property, plus the backend engineering time required to research equipment specs, verify hardware compatibility, measure distances, and build up to 3 itemized installation estimates for your project.
2What types of projects require an on-site survey?
Surveillance camera installations (both residential estates and commercial buildings) almost always require a survey. It is also highly recommended for building-to-building Wi-Fi bridges, network rack cleanups, multi-access-point expansions, and any custom on-site job where the total physical scope is unknown.
3How long does it take to receive my project estimates after the survey?
Once we complete the physical measurements on-site, we conduct hardware research and deliver your itemized 3-tier estimates within 3 to 10 business days depending on the scope of your project.
4Do I need to be present during the survey?
Yes. We need brief access to your facility, mechanical areas, network equipment, and attic/crawlspace entries. More importantly, spending a few minutes with you on-site helps us understand your exact goals and security concerns.
