Yes, all on-site visits are scheduled by appointment only. Because we maintain dedicated daily shop hours for in-store bench customers, on-site calls are carefully scheduled in advance to ensure your technician arrives on time and fully prepared.

Because our daily schedule is planned in advance around shop bench commitments, same-day or emergency dispatch is rarely available. We recommend calling or texting us as early as possible so we can place you in our nearest available on-site appointment block.

On-site service is $100 for the first hour (which covers our dispatch call and up to 60 minutes of active work) and $50 per half-hour thereafter. We charge the exact same fair rate for both residential homes and commercial businesses, with zero travel charges within our 20-mile Mt. Pleasant service radius.
Your final billing depends entirely on the actual scope of work required on-site. We evaluate your setup immediately upon arrival, keep you informed of progress, and only bill for the actual time needed to resolve your issue.

Running those jobs on-site would force you to pay our hourly rate while waiting for progress bars to finish. Bringing the machine to our shop bench allows us to perform the work at a lower, flat-rate fee while using specialized diagnostic equipment.
